FOX VALLEY STORYTELLING GUILD
Fox Valley Folklore Society's Storytelling Guild was organized in early 1988 and meets on the 4th Tuesday each month at 7:30 p.m. at Bethany Luthern Church, 8 South Lincoln, Batavia IL (In downtown Batavia, 1 blk. West of Rt. 31 on Wilson St, and 1/2 blk. South). See our map pages for a detailed map. to Bethany Lutheran Church. (The December meeting is generally a holiday party held at another location.)

Fox Valley Storytelling Guild also schedules and runs the Storytelling stage at Fox Valley Folk Music and Storytelling Festival in Geneva, IL, each Labor Day weekend. For a detailed map of the Festival see our Google Festival Map Page.

ASE: THE CHICAGO ASSOCIATION OF BLACK STORYTELLERS
ASE (ah SHAY) members meet every second Sunday at Christ the Mediator Church, 31st and Calumet, Chicago from2:30 to 5:00 PM. They share stories from 2:30 to 3:15. Guests and visitors are welcome to come to the story sharing only. Afterward members begin the business portion where they plan events and discuss the business of storytelling. CHICAGO STORYTELLING GUILD
Meets the third Tuesday of every month  from  7:30-9:30 pm, at Augustana Lutheran Church, 5500 S Woodlawn (corner of 55 St and S Woodlawn in Hyde Park), Chicago, IL. Free adjacent parking lot. Enter through parking lot at side door. RSVP if possible that you are attending the guild meetings. All are welcome - no experience necessary; listeners too!
